Marathwada Mitramandal’s Institute of Technology is affiliated to Savitribai Phule Pune University, Pune is organizing International Conference on Computer, Mechatronics, Robotics & Artificial Intelligence (ICCMRAI) - 2026 to provide an international open forum for educators, engineers, and researchers to disseminate their latest research work and exchange views on the future research directions.

Length:
Submitted papers may be up to 8 pages with two additional pages may be added for references.
Originality:
Papers submitted to ICCMRAI2026 must be the original work of the authors. The may not be simultaneously under review elsewhere. Publications that have been peer-reviewed and have appeared at other conferences or workshops may not be submitted to this conference.
Authors should be aware that IEEE has a strict policy with regard to plagiarism https://www.ieee.org/publications/rights/plagiarism/plagiarism-faq.html. The authors' prior work must be cited appropriately.

Author list:
Please ensure that you submit your papers with the full and final list of authors in the correct order. The author list registered for each submission is not allowed to be changed in any way after the paper submission deadline.
IMPORTANT: No-Show Policy
At least one author of each accepted paper is required to register to the conference and present the paper. Only registered and presented papers will be published in the conference proceedings. A paper not presented or presented by a non-author without prior written approval by the TPC Chair will be removed from the final conference proceedings and no registration refund can be made to the authors of these papers.

Achievement and Participation in IEEE Smart Village-IdeaRun 2024
IEEE Smart Village - South Asia Working Group invited Proposal from university/college students to orient to productive use of technology to serve the underserved. ISV SAWG called for ideas to address a community need and propose a solution by productive use of technology leading to potential livelihood opportunity.
From MMIT, 16 Proposals were submitted to IEEE Smart Village-IdeaRun 2024 by 14th September 2024. The IdeaRun Team responded with the mail on 7th October 2024 mentioning that 4 out of 16 Proposals have found place in Top 50 at South Asia Level.
The Main Guide of this process was Dr Monika Dangore-Faculty Advisor, MMIT IEEE Club. Prof Dinesh Satre acted as the Co-Guide. For the participants, it was a new learning experience. They learned to address the issues faced by villagers through use of technology.
These Top-50 Rankers were felicitated by the hands of IEEE Pune Section Chair Dr Amar Buchade on 17th Janaury 2025 on the occasion of Inauguration of MMIT IEEE Student Branch.

Achievement and Participation in IEEE Eureka 2024
Under IEEE Eureka 2024 Program, three student teams from MMIT had delivered technology sessions in four high schools- Abasaheb Gosavi High School (Rural), Shri Eknathrao Khese Highschool (Rural), Marathwada Mitra Mandal High School(Urban), BBS International School (Urban). These Sessions were conducted between 25th September to 1st October 2024.
IEEE Eureka was a National Level Competition initiated by IEEE Pune Section. Out of around 240 Teams Nationwide, our teams made it to Top-15 after Two Presentation Rounds conducted by Eureka Jury Members. All these teams were felicitated with Medals and Appreciation Letters at the Eureka Award Ceremony held at Hotel Ramee Grand on 15th December 2024. This event witnessed the presence of all the Authorities of IEEE Pune Section and Highest Authorities of various IEEE World Societies. All our three teams were hugely appreciated by Eureka Authorities. Our wonderful teams and their work is as follows:
